My favorite Mixologist and Beverage Specialist, Mike Canlas, shares a take on a classic cocktail. In the video, he creates a Ginger Margarita.

In his variation, he uses white tequila, orange liqueur, and adds ginger syrup to the mix which adds a bite to the cocktail. Of course, the Margarita is incomplete without the salt rim which is there to bring out and enhance the sweet and sour flavors of the drink.
