Korean Food Expert Lily Min In Reggie's Kitchen

It’s no secret that one of my favorite distractions – or guilty pleasures, depending on how the statement is contextualized – is to watch Koreanovelas.

In virtually every series, there is at least one scene where the lead characters enjoy a serving of Bulgogi. This is not surprising, considering that this classic Korean dish of thinly sliced marinated beef is a staple of Korean households. Whether eaten over rice or wrapped in lettuce, Bulgogi is a pervasive meal that is deeply ingrained in Korean culture.

Needless to say, my “Seoul sister” Chef Lily Min, is a master of making exceptional Bulgogi. Watch the video to see how fast and easy it is to cook this mouthwatering dish. The only main ingredients you need are beef, spring onions, carrots, onions and you’re good to go!
