Equilibrium's The Joker

For Halloween, I partnered with Equilibrium to create coffee shop worthy drinks! Today, we present you with THE JOKER. This is Matcha Frappe at a whole new level! It may look spooky but the Joker is a tasty treat.

Procedure

  1. On one side of the glass spread mixed berry puree and shape to form Joker's lips. Set aside.

  2. Blend milk with matcha powder and candied sesame syrup. Pour into glass.

  3. Top up with whipped cream and dust with matcha powder and purple colored sugar.

  4. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 60 cc Mocafe Japanese Matcha Powder

  • 15 ml Torani Candied Sesame Syrup

  • 120 ml Gippy Milk

  • Torani Mixed Berry Puree (For drizzling on the glass)

  • Ambiante Whipped Cream (To cap the drink)
