Christmas food is simple and flavorful, as well as capable of evoking a wistful yearning from the meal. Kind of a heartwarming dish meant to be shared with family and friends. That is why I am sharing two of my favorite recipes from “At the Company’s Table,” a compilation of Jesuit recipes given to me by Fr. Ari Dy, S.J. I hope you enjoy!
