Heirloom Japanese Adobo and Other Recipes from Osaka

My Kitchens of the World was recently back in Osaka and we had a lovely time with Eiji-san, Ryo-san, and Nori-san. We exchanged cultural recipes, and in today’s Kitchen Rescue, we have an easy kakuni recipe, something like a Japanese adobo. Enjoy!
