Instituto Español’s Pieles Atópicas Review
It took a while for me to review these products. If you recall I posted the whole line of Pieles Atópicas when it was gifted to me sometime in January by one of my partners, Oriental Merchants. They are the importers of Instituto Español’s line of products for the Philippines, and I am happy that they are made locally available.
I wanted to try and test these products while I was both in the country and away, so I brought them with me in my recent trip to France where temperatures were up to -2 degrees the whole day. Needless to say, these products have worked wonders and I highly recommend them.
My Favorite Skin Care
With skin like mine, I take skin care products like these seriously. I suffer from very dry skin and because of this, I am in constant search for lotions that work to keep my skin hydrated. I've tried so many but none has made me happier than Pieles Atópicas Crema Cuidado Integral. It literally feels like second skin. In the Philippines, I apply a thin layer, right after I shower, while my skin is still damp. Away and in the dead of winter, I apply it generously. Either way, it works wonders. My skin has become so soft, so supple and so smooth. The dry spots I have in some parts of my body have also disappeared. What makes this my personal pick is the fact that it is so well absorbed that it leaves no sticky nor slimy nor creamy feeling. It also is so reasonably priced, compared to my old brand. 3.5 tubs of this to my old lotion yet works so much better!
The other products are equally effective. The lotion is nice too, the difference being that it leaves a glossy finish and a silky feel. Hence making you feel more heavily moisturized; which is good when the weather is cold. The body and feminine wash are both gentle and delicate on the skin. Every product has a pleasant aroma that gently disappears minutes after application.

Atopic Skin Bath and Shower Gel
The Atopic Skin Bath and Shower Gel is specially designed for protective hygiene and complete care of atopic, sensitive and dry skin.
